Description

With minimal modifications, it is possible to unify spaces while maintaining the necessary separation between the daily living area and the private rest area.

The resulting spaces are well-proportioned—neither excessive nor insufficient in size.

A high-efficiency wood-burning fireplace is proposed as the centerpiece of the living area.

A gypsum board ceiling is suggested to unify ceiling heights, conceal the inclined slab, and accommodate the ducts for the air conditioning system within this space and recessed lighting spots.

I am grateful for the opportunity to have participated in the competition.
