Description

Dear clients,

The design of your home has been carried out to ensure maximum living comfort, respecting your requests and making the most of the potential of the property. The main transformation concerns the living area, where the two walls that created a dark, enclosed hallway were removed. The result is now a spacious, bright, and welcoming open-plan living area with wood-effect porcelain tile flooring. The kitchen and dining areas have been merged to create a large space that includes a kitchen, an island, and a dining area. The latter is separated from the living area by two partition walls made of 8x8 cm wooden profiles, which help define a false ceiling with LED lighting, enclosing the kitchen and creating a subtle separation from the living space. The living area now features a large sofa, a bookshelf corner, a study desk, and a redesigned fireplace area, as per the uploaded files.

The layout of the sleeping area remains unchanged, but within the master room, a walk-in closet has been created with dark glass sliding walls. The bed is framed by a niche made of drywall with LED lighting.

It was decided to keep the secondary bedroom next to the master room in anticipation of a future child, and to create a gym room next to the bathroom, which has been redesigned with natural stone cladding and the addition of a shower box.

The main bathroom has been redesigned with the addition of a large shower box, the walls painted in ochre, and the restoration of the existing bathroom furniture, which has been repainted by hand in a deep teal color.

All of this creates a warm, bright, and comfortable environment, enhanced by furnishings with vibrant colors and natural wood elements that evoke relaxation and harmony.

I hope that the redesign of your home has fully met your requirements, and that you can enjoy your new home with the utmost happiness and comfort.

My best regards
