The proposed project has as main objective the request of the client not to overturn the house, but make it current and functional.
LIVING ROOM.
The area is open, spacious and bright. There are three functional areas: kitchen with large peninsula open to living room; the dining area with its large table and sitting area with a corner sofa placed in front of the TV. It was also made ​​another cabinet container near the entrance. The whole environment is framed by a lowered ceiling. Near the entrance was placed a container element plasterboard exploitable from three sides.
BEDROOM.
Were kept the two rooms. In the master bedroom was converted into a walk-in closet and the space on the wall of the latter for the TV on the wall. Were placed in a double room two single beds and a wardrobe with a TV built in the door to facilitate a good vision from both beds.
The bathroom has been complied with the provision proposed by the client. The only change is the dividing wall separating the shower and to which are attached health.
STYLE, COLOUR AND MATERIALS.
Have you observed all the preferences. Concerning the flooring, the essence of the parquet chosen corresponds exactly to the one depicted in one of the reference images.

Il progetto proposto si pone come obiettivo principale la richiesta della committenza di non stravolgere la casa, ma renderla attuale e funzionale.
ZONA GIORNO.
La zona è aperta, ampia e luminosa. Si distinguono tre zone funzionali: la cucina con la grande penisola aperta sul soggiorno; la zona pranzo con il suo tavolo capiente e la zona relax con il divano angolare posizionato di fronte alla TV. Inoltre è stato ricavato un altro armadio contenitore nei pressi dell'ingresso. Tutto l'ambiente viene incorniciato da una controsoffittatura ribassata. Nei pressi dell'ingresso è stato posizionato un elemento contenitore in cartongesso sfruttabile da tre lati.
ZONA NOTTE.
Sono state mantenute le due camere. Nella camera matrimoniale è stata ricavata una cabina armadio e lo spazio sulla parete di quest'ultima per la TV a parete. Nella camera doppia sono stati posizionati due letti singoli e un armadio con TV integrata nelle ante per favorire un'ottima visione da entrambi i letti.
Nel bagno è stata rispettata la disposizione proposta dalla committenza. L'unica modifica riguarda il setto murario che divide la doccia e a cui sono fissati i sanitari.
STILE, MATERIALI E COLORI.
Sono state rispettate tutte le preferenze espresse. Per quanto riguarda la pavimentazione, l'essenza del parquet scelto corrisponde esattamente a quello raffigurato in una delle immagini di riferimento.
