Here is our proposal for your new apartment layout and furnishing.
Whilst looking at the plan, we notcied that the living area and kitchen are separated by the hallways, and the bedrooms face different directions. We came up with a sollution that moves the living room to the upper left of the apartment and switches the kitchen and bathrooms places. This way, you can get rid of some walls in the center of the apartment and let in more light, mostly from the west, so you will have a nice, cool living room during daytime, and it will stay light during the evening. This way there wont be too much heat, but the light will stay.
We integrated the kitchen into the living are, since it does not need its own room. We just moved the wall separating the kitchen and bathroom a few centimeters lower, and the kitchen was a perfect fit! The kitchen has all it needs on a 3m long wall, shared with the bathroom. The bathroom is considerably larger and can now have a bathtub, or, you could leave a shower and keep the balcony door (we suggest you switch it with a higher window, about 1,5m sill height and around 70cm high). This way you have a very comfortable bathroom, with plenty of space for the double sink you like and put in the "Resources/inspiration" panel. The bathroom is with terracota tiles, but it can as well be white, with wooden contrast (as in the pictures), however since the light is from the west, we suggest the terracota with white sink and tub, so the light can play nicely (yellow/red evening light on terracotta looks very nice). The bedrooms both face east, this makes them more suitable for sleeping and for activities, namely light from the east will wake you up, and bathe the room in sunlight during your day at work, ventilation will be much easier and the space will be more pleasant, through the day and evening it will become calmer and fresher, allowing for a nice sleeping atmosphere. The lights we chose match the wood and neutral elements, as well as the kitchen appliances (usually metallic nowadays) as well as the floorings, which complement each rooms lighting capacities. The living room received special treatment as it is the most used part, for various needs (reading, TV, cooking, dining etc...) and has lighting according to these activities, wall lights by the sofa, for reading, remote controlled lights for movie atmosphere above the TV and controlled lights above the kitchen for precision work.
The colours we chose make the design a whole, a calm, contemporary pallete with contrast colours (we suggest orange or blue) that will complement both the floors and the lamps.

Osservando il piano, abbiamo notato che la zona giorno e la cucina sono separate dai corridoi, e le camere da letto sono orientate in direzioni diverse. Abbiamo inventato una soluzione che sposta il soggiorno nell'angolo in alto a sinistra dell'appartamento e cambia i luoghi della cucina e dei bagni. In questo modo, puoi liberarti di alcune pareti nel centro dell'appartamento e lasciare entrare più luce, soprattutto da ovest, così avrai un bel soggiorno fresco durante il giorno e rimarrà leggero durante la serata. In questo modo non ci sarà troppo calore, ma la luce rimarrà.
Abbiamo integrato la cucina nella vita, dato che non ha bisogno della sua stanza. Abbiamo appena spostato il muro separando la cucina e il bagno di alcuni centimetri più in basso, e la cucina era perfetta! La cucina ha tutto ciò di cui ha bisogno su un muro lungo 3 metri, condiviso con il bagno. Il bagno è considerevolmente più grande e ora può avere una vasca da bagno, oppure puoi lasciare la doccia e tenere la porta del balcone (ti suggeriamo di cambiarla con una finestra più alta, circa 1,5 metri di altezza e circa 70 cm di altezza). In questo modo hai un bagno molto confortevole, con molto spazio per il doppio lavello che ti piace e inserito nel pannello "Risorse / ispirazione". Il bagno è con piastrelle in terracotta, ma può anche essere bianco, con contrasto in legno (come nelle foto), tuttavia poiché la luce proviene da ovest, suggeriamo la terracotta con lavandino e vasca bianca, quindi la luce può suonare bene (la luce della sera giallo / rosso su terracotta sembra molto bella). Le camere da letto sono rivolte a est, questo le rende più adatte per dormire e per attività, in particolare la luce proveniente da est ti sveglierà, e bagnerai la stanza al sole durante la tua giornata di lavoro, la ventilazione sarà molto più semplice e lo spazio sarà più piacevole, durante il giorno e la sera diventerà più calmo e più fresco, permettendo una bella atmosfera addormentata. Le luci che abbiamo scelto abbinano il legno e gli elementi neutri, così come gli elettrodomestici da cucina (di solito metallici al giorno d'oggi) così come i pavimenti, che completano le capacità di illuminazione di ogni stanza. Il soggiorno ha ricevuto un trattamento speciale in quanto è la parte più utilizzata, per varie esigenze (lettura, TV, cucina, sala da pranzo ecc ...) e ha l'illuminazione in base a queste attività, luci a parete accanto al divano, per la lettura, luci controllate a distanza per l'atmosfera cinematografica sopra la TV e le luci controllate sopra la cucina per lavori di precisione.
I colori che abbiamo scelto rendono il design un tutt'uno, un pallete moderno e tranquillo con colori a contrasto (suggeriamo arancione o blu) che andrà ad integrare sia i pavimenti che le lampade.
