In the following design presentation you will find our respond to your vision of warm,functional and modern apartment.I followed your primary design concept and transformed second bedroom and bathroom into comfortable and well equiped home SPA. That includes: water massage bed,retractable sauna by KLAFS,which is only 600mm deep when in retracted stage,small bath tube or jacuzzi,shower area,2 comfortable basins,toilet and bidet.
Visitor's (guest) access to bath has been provided through kitchen and enclosed terrace.This way , visitor's interaction with your bedroom as intimate space has been avoided.
Heating & Cooling has been solved by using 5 units split system with ducting and plenums.
Kitchen remains in the same position and with same layout with an exception of using a kitchen exaust hood which I highly recommend. Hood will exaust kitchen vapour outside of enclosed terrace and eliminate shortage of ventilation that comes with enclosed terrace when windows are closed.For example you may not want to open windows at terrace in cold days every time you cook.
Entry hall has been equiped with 2 closets to accomodate shoes,jackets and household items.
Colors&materials used in design are warm coloured,bright and natural to provide comfortable dwelling.
Wall between living area and bedroom has been pushed slightly to provide enough space for installation of walk-in closet at one side and TV&Eletrical fireplace at opposite side.However, installation of eletrical fireplace needs 200mm minimum wall thickness.
Returning SPA into bedroom will be easy by installing metal stud wall with cement boards at both sides at prior position where old wall was.Equipment in SPA is not fixed and can be easily dismantled.
