Good day, the project has three options for the floorplan layout. Each with its own advantages.
Option 01. The option divides the night and day area as it is in the existing plan. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the study room. the night area also has a secondary bathroom. The laundry room has ample space, with a washer+dryer tower and wardrobes for clean laundry. behind the laundry room, there is a storage space. The living room space is also ample, and we inserted a reading area that can become an extension for the living room if the client has more guests. The dining room has a large dining table, and near it is a pantry and dining utensil shelf. the kitchen has a linear and island module, with the island module attached to a breakfast table for simple and fast dining for the family.
Option 02. It provides a much larger bathroom for the night area, each equipped with a bathtub and shower tray (the master's ensuite bathroom has a freestanding bathtub). The night area also has a private study room. it has a more compact storage and laundry space.
Option 03. The study room is located in the day area and has direct access to the natural lighting and balcony (like option 01), and it has ample space for the laundry and storage space.
