Siamo uno studio di architettura con sede a Napoli e Caserta.
Partendo da un attenta analisi delle richieste esistenti si è passati alla stesura dell’ipotesi progettuale.
Questa prevede un ingresso all’appartamento ed uno riservato allo studio, in modo da rendere lo stesso indipendente, ma al contempo connesso alla casa (tramite un apposita porta interna).
Al blindato d’ingresso segue la hall che smista nello studio, nella lavanderia, in un primo bagno e nel living. Quest’ultimo si presenta in open space, è caratterizzato da un ampia parete attrezzata/ TV (con eventuale camino integrato) che ingloba anche il pilastro attraverso un sistema di “separe” con pilastri a sezione circolare (o canne di bambù in alternativa). Alle spalle del divano angolare (con annesso tavolino) lungo circa 5 metri, trova collocazione un tavolo rotondo da ben 1.80 m di diametro atto a ricevere 8/10 commensali. Sempre nel living, e di supporto alla zona pranzo, in corrispondenza del secondo pilastro si trovano “annicchiati” un frigo a libera istallazione ed una cantinola vini, nascosti alla vista dall’ingresso di casa (in quanto di spalle). La cucina è in stretta comunicazione con la zona pranzo grazie alla presenza di una doppia porta scorrevole che rende lo spazio più fluido e dilatato, il tutto grazie anche ad un comodo passavivande che ha la funzione appunto di servire le pietanze(come avviene nelle cucine americane) e che unisce (ma nasconde) la zona di lavaggio e cottura dallo snack.
Una zona corridoio “smista” gli utenti nella zona notte, dove trovano collocazione anche un ulteriore bagno (di supporto principalmente alle due camerette), e in un piccolo deposito.
La camera Matrimoniale presenta un bagno in camera cieco.


We are an architecture firm based in Naples and Caserta.
Starting from a careful analysis of the existing requests we moved on to the drafting of the project hypothesis.
This provides an entrance to the apartment and one reserved for the study, in order to make it independent, but at the same time connected to the house (via a special internal door).
The armored entrance is followed by the hall which leads into the study, the laundry room, a first bathroom and the living room. The latter is an open space and is characterized by a large equipped wall/TV (with possible integrated fireplace) which also incorporates the pillar through a "separation" system with circular section pillars (or alternatively bamboo canes). Behind the corner sofa (with adjoining coffee table) approximately 5 meters long, there is a round table with a diameter of 1.80 m suitable for 8/10 diners. Also in the living room, and supporting the dining area, in correspondence with the second pillar there is a free-standing fridge and a wine cellar, hidden from view from the entrance to the house (since it is from behind). The kitchen is in close communication with the dining area thanks to the presence of a double sliding door which makes the space more fluid and expanded, all thanks also to a convenient serving hatch which has the function of serving the dishes (as happens in American kitchens ) and which combines (but hides) the snack washing and cooking area.
A corridor area "sorts" users into the sleeping area, where there is also an additional bathroom (mainly supporting the two bedrooms), and a small storage area.
The double room has a blind en-suite bathroom.
