For this project, I developed two different layout solutions to give you flexibility in how the space is experienced.

In the first option, the focus is on achieving a well-balanced distribution between the private and public areas. The bedrooms and restroom zone are designed with comfortable proportions, ensuring functionality and privacy, while the living room is given a generous space that also benefits from the connection to the balcony, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere.

In the second option, the concept shifts toward prioritizing the living area as the main feature of the apartment. To achieve this, I slightly reduced the space allocated to the bedrooms and restrooms, allowing for a significantly larger living room. This creates a more open, spacious feel, making the living area the central hub of the home—ideal for gatherings and maximizing the connection with the balcony.

Both solutions offer different spatial experiences, allowing you to choose between a balanced layout or a more living-focused concept depending on your lifestyle preferences.
