Gli interventi proposti nel progetto sono mirati e finalizzati all’ottimale ripartizione degli ambienti, secondo le esigenze proposte dalla committenza.ZONA GIORNO:
- Nel soggiorno, si è scelto di sostituire le pareti in muratura esistenti con delle pareti vetrate con montanti e traversi in alluminio nero, molto in voga nello stile inglese richiesto. In tal modo è possibile assolvere all’esigenza del cliente di avere degli ambienti collegati visivamente tra loro, di non avere una chiusura netta tra cucina e soggiorno, ma allo stesso tempo consentire l’isolamento degli ambienti a seconda delle necessità mediante porte vetrate integrate nella parete vetrata stessa.
Il soggiorno è stato ripartito in due zone, dining room e living room, ma la ripartizione è solo parziale e visiva, perchè sfrutta il muro esistente longitudinale, al quale si appoggia un camino in bioetanolo. Al di sotto del camino, è stato previsto un basamento in cartongesso.
Nel living room è stata aggiunta un boiserie ad L in cartongesso che ospita l’alloggio della tv, sulla parete, e l’illuminazione con faretti, in copertura.
ZONA NOTTE:
- Alla camera da letto patronale sono stati annessi due ambienti: la cabina armadio e il bagno.Una parete in cartongesso delimita al cabina armadio, che ospita guardaroba e mensole su entrambi i lati, con relativi basamenti a terra. La cabina armadio funge anche da ambiente filtro con il bagno: è separata da quest’ultimo attravverso una parete vetrata, celata da una tenda (per la privacy). Nel bagno, abbiamo un’ulteriore separazione tra la vasca e il lavabo con i sanitari, tramite una parete vetrata con porta scorrevole integrata.
- Il secondo bagno (in comune) è stato riadattato per sfruttare al meglio gli spazi. Si consiglia una porta scorrevole per ridurre gli ingobri.
- Nello studio, é stata ipotizzata una sistemazione a terza camera da letto.
ESTERNO:
- La lavanderia è stata ricavata chiudendo parzialmente il balcone della cucina.
Si propongono due eventuali soluzioni per la chiusura: 1. veranda vetrata con profili in alluminio,
2. pannelli vetrati senza profili verticali (soluzione consigliata per la maggior trasparenza e la possibilità di effettuare chiusure senza l’impiego di strutture fisse)
ENGLISH
The refurbishment proposed in the project are targeted and designed to the optimal use of space, according to the requirements proposed by client.
LIVING AREA:
- In the living room, I decided to replace the existing masonry walls with stained-glass walls with black aluminum profiles, much used in the English style required by the client. This makes it possible to fulfill the requirement of the customer to have the rooms connected to each other visually, not to have a net closing between the kitchen and living room, but at the same time allow isolation of the environments as needed through glass doors integrated into glass wall itself.
The living room has been divided into two areas, dining room and living room, but the division is only partial and visual, because it uses the existing longitudinal wall. Upon this existing wall I placed a bioethanol fireplace. Below the fireplace, I provided a plasterboard base.
In the living room I added plasterboard paneling for the accommodation of the TV and spot lights in coverage.
SLEEPING AREA:
- At the master suite it has been annexed two areas: the walk-in closet and bathroom.
A plasterboard wall delimits the walk-in closet, in which there are the wardrobe and shelves on either side, with its ground bases. The wardrobe is also as a filter zone with the bathroom. To divide the zones, I used a glass wall, hidden by a curtain (for privacy). In the bathroom, there is another separation between the bathtub and the toilet, through a glass wall with integrated sliding door.
- The second bathroom was adapted to make the best use of space. I recommend a sliding door to reduce obstacles.
- In the study, I supposed the accommodation for the third bedroom.
EXTERNAL:
- The laundry room has been created by closing in part the balcony.
I propose two possible solutions for closing:
1. glazed porch with aluminum profiles,
2. glazed panels without vertical profiles (recommended for most transparency and the ability to make closures without the use of fixed structures)
