Based on your requirements, this house was designed with warm materials to make your environment cozy and feel like home. Using wood and creme white color on the walls and having big windows to let the light in, this project has a unique touch of modern solution.

Ground floor

- The entrance has closets for shoes in two sides and it's separated with the living room with glass doors.
- The living room is located in the south side to have more light and sun. It has a cozy with towards the kitchen which is also separated with glass doors.
- The kitchen has bright colors mixed with wood to create a lovely place to cook and have a closer ambient with the terrace.
- Connection for room can be through the kitchen and also the living room.
- Inside the corridor there is a closet and a bathroom.
- The terrace can be used from the kitchen and also from the main terrace

First floor

- The first room on the top is the the master bedroom which has a king size bed, a walk-in closet which can be covered with a door or a curtain, and the master bathroom which has a bathtub, a shower, toilet and two sinks.
- There is another room for 2 kids with study place and a closet.
- The studio room is located in the middle and it's close to the bathroom.
- Bathroom has a combo with bathtub and shower, toilet, 2 sinks and washing machine.
- Every room in the floor has a balcony facing east. or west which are the best orientations for bedrooms.

Basement floor

- This floor has a garage for 2 cars with natural light at the end.
- On the side walls of the garage can be placed a lot of shelfs for different needs.
- From the door there is a room which can be used like guest room, or game room depends on what you like.
- Close to the room there is a WC with shower which can be used from the guest or someone who is using the game room.
- The utility has a place for laundry and ironing and its close to the stairs to make the transport of clothes easily.
