Hello my Dear Client! My name is Matvii and I would like to present you my design. So let’s start the excursion.
Ground Floor:
Firstly, you enter the house and see a small wardrobe to put your clothes. Then there is a garage door on the right. There is place for one car and some cupboards to keep your stuff. After that you can see a laundry door on the left, where everything you need is placed. And the last room on the ground floor is studio. It can also be a gaming room (I don’t recommend to have a living space there because of lack of sunlight). Garage can be enlarged by making studio as a part of it (in case you need garage for two cars). In the end you can see a travertine staircase to the first floor.
First Floor:
There two ways to get here. First one is from staircase and the second is from entry door on this floor. After entering the first floor through the entry door, you can see a big closet with a sitting place as you showed on the pictures. I’ve decided not to make it as a separate room to make interior facades more interesting, access to the wardrobe more convenient and just to make the whole interior less complicated. Then there is a bathroom close to the entry space, where you can wash your hands without spreading dirt around the house (if you enter the house from the ground floor, there is a sink in the laundry room). After that you can easily get to any room on the floor. There is kitchen, dining and living areas. In the kitchen area there is a bar with stools instead of island to make the kitchen less heavy and more interesting. There is a fridge next to the small pantry. If you want to make fridge completely freestanding, you can swap it with the pantry door. There is also a huge glass door between kitchen and dining area so they can be both separate and connected. Dining area has a table for 8 which would be pretty enough. Moving to the living area, there is a travertine wall with TV set and built-in fireplace. The travertine wall echoes with columns and staircase and creates cozy and in the same time modern space. There is also a corner sofa and a window sliding system which leads to the terrace. Staircase is enclosed with vertical wooden strips, as on your reference pictures.
Second Floor:
After you get to the second floor, you see the child’s bedroom with a simple (not pocket) door. This was made to provide more protection for your future child, but anyway, if you wish, it can be replaced with a pocket door. There is also access to the balcony from the child bedroom. Next one is bathroom with everything you need + small washing machine and access to the balcony. After that there is the master bedroom with wide and comfortable wardrobe and a bathroom. The wall for the toilet and bidet was made to out everything important for the bathroom in the smaller space without losing comfort. Also it contains plumbing system which is, by the way comfortably connected through the floors. The column on the left of the sink is the chimney, so it is necessary. Master bedroom has a bigger balcony which is made by connecting two of the present balconies. But if you don’t want to have it, central balcony can be “dropped” and used as a part of the roofing. Last one in the hallway is the studio, which has anything you can possibly need.
That’s pretty much the whole excursion, but there are some things, I want to specify.
Light:
Windows are quite large to provide to your house enough wide natural light. There is a separate AutoCAD file with specifications of the windows and links, where you can get even more information about them. The equipment for the shutters is placed on the windows so you are able to add them. By the way, Here are some websites, where you can find best ones for you:

By the way, shutters on the north side are not necessary because of small amount of sunlight. So this is an easy way to economize some money.

There is furniture like kitchen set ore all cupboards and shelves, which are not necessary to be bought on the website I’ve added. They can be custom-made which means that sixes would be more accurate, so the furniture would be blended in much better.
