The environment and design context of this project encouraged us to connect more with the nature of the project, so our idea was to design the light and fluid movement of the surfaces between the trees to bring the building closer to the ground and create a direct connection with nature.
In order to achieve this request, we used solutions of mezzanine, central void, central staircase and garden pit to separate the functions and spaces of the plan.
Also, we have considered 2 options for the basement plan, so that if you wish, you can use both solutions for parking in the basement or on the side of the villas.
We tried to create an open and free space in a small sub-structure by creating a central Void and tall and sliding windows, and we created a bridge to connect the two sides of the building on the upper floor to emphasize the lightness of the spaces as much as possible.
The garden pit, void, swimming pool and bar were our ideas to add quality to a small villa that was well placed.
We considered the villas to be half a floor in order to go a little into the ground and prevent the waste of energy from the external walls, and to reduce the amount of excavation of the project to a minimum and to increase the quality of lighting and visibility of the interior spaces.
Also, to connect the villas with the slope of the site and its topography, we designed the area around the villas in a stepped and modern way.
The challenges of this project were very attractive to us, so we tried to clarify the issue while providing complete details, presenting two different options for the garage and plans, and to complete the modeling of the site and villas as much as possible with the limited information we had.
