We considered the height of the basement floor to be 270 cm and planned two parking spaces in front of the house so that the basement floor can be converted into a residential floor if needed in the future.
Due to the fact that the house is located on a slope, we made the design in such a way that the main view from the house is towards the south, in this case you have a good view of the surrounding scenery and benefit from the sunlight.
