I am very happy that we did in your contest.
In my proposed plan, I placed the master bedroom, study room and the general part of the house on the ground floor, and placed the children's bedroom and private living room on the basement floor.
On the ground floor, I tried to do the design with minimal movement in the existing walls.
I tried to provide an open space for living and dining and separate the kitchen from the living room with a hidden sliding door.
I reserved one of the bathrooms for guests and the other as a private bathroom.
On the basement floor, I considered three bedrooms for the children and designed the girl's bedroom differently.
I moved the bathroom and built it in the place with the largest number of columns so that the columns do not disturb the design of the bedroom.
I considered the location of the bathroom near the current bathroom so that it costs less.
I considered a laundry room next to the bathroom and turned the remaining extra space into a storage room and gave it a door from the laundry room.
According to your request, I considered a living room with a fireplace that can be used for family gatherings.
To better illustrate the design, I have provided you with some renderings of the ground floor.
I put the website, model and size of the furniture in the corresponding pictures and you can use the renderings for the color of the furniture.
