I offer you a proposal for the Interior design and plans of the Two Villas Plan (Villasimius & Oleandra) .
We have worked on designing your project, which is divided into two units, each unit containing a villa with no less than four rooms, as follows:
Villa on the right (Villasimius): contains:
Ground floor :
1- At the entrance, we find a large kitchen that includes all the kitchen needs, in addition to the washing machine and dryer, due to the spaciousness of the kitchen, in addition to a small bar table for breakfast.
2 - The open living room with the dining room. As for the distinctive view, the furniture was placed so that it faces the windows to enjoy the picturesque appearance.
3 - A guest bedroom with a double bed, a dresser, a dresser, and two chairs for drinking tea or eating countryside
4- The ground floor of the villa also contains a large bathroom with a shower that can be used by guests, in addition to a staircase cabin directed to the first floor.
The first floor: It contains three bedrooms, one of which is a master with its own bathroom and a changing room, in addition to two other bedrooms, one of which is a single and the other is a double, and a bathroom that serves them, and a large room for living and breakfast.
Work was done to make the most of the outdoor space, as the terraces were expanded, and canopies were created with a depth of 3 meters from the surrounding wall. The flooring was revised, as waterproofing wood was used, and the space was generally utilized to enjoy the view and the sunset. Another additional bathroom was created on the upper floor, serving the master bedroom.
The fireplaces in the sleeping area and in the living area (in the single room) were removed to free up valuable space for the house while taking into account lighting and air conditioning as shown in the pictures.
Villa on the left (oleandra): contains:
Ground floor :
1- At the entrance, we find the living space in front of us, and to the left of it there is the kitchen and a dining table that allows 6 people
2 - The floor also contains the master bedroom and its own bathroom, and an additional plumbing has been opened in the façade to serve the room.
The first floor: It contains four bedrooms, each of which was taken by Single, containing a single bed, in addition to two bathrooms, one of which is for guests, and allows for a washing machine, and a large living room at the staircase cabin and the entrance to the first floor, in addition to a large terrace that can accommodate a breakfast table.
