Il progetto della “casa per 5 persone” prevede un nuovo disegno del tetto che, come una grande coperta , avvolge anche le pareti est ed ovest. Il materiale previsto è un pannello di alluminio coibentato che garantirà un ‘ottima prestazione energetica dell’edificio. La copertura ha un’inclinazione verso il giardino, questa piega contiene il volume della nuova veranda dalla quale si ha accesso all’abitazione.
Il nuovo ingresso , a doppia altezza, ha un affaccio interno dallo studio posto al piano superiore.
La distribuzione è ripensata proponendo un unico grande ambiente per la zona giorno all’interno del quale vengono ricollocati tutti arredi di proprietà. La scala che conduce al piano superiore è posta vicino all’ingresso ed individua la parete per la zona tv, articolandosi in una serie di arredi su misura che integrano la libreria sospesa esistente.
La zona servizi è collocata nei pressi del corpo scala , invariato, che conduce alla taverna; questo elemento viene contraddistinto come un grande volume rivestito in carta da parati, con porte a filo muro per sottolinearne la pulizia. La cucina di proprietà è ricollocata prevedendo la sostituzione dl top e del paraschizzi per avere un ambiente più luminoso e per poter traslare gli elementi della penisola nella nuova posizione. Gli arredi sono integrati da una scaffalatura a giorno che copre i tre moduli bianchi esistenti.
Il bagno di sevizio destinato alla zona giorno ed ai bambini è dotato di una vasca da bagno incassata in un basamento con due gradini per facilitarne l’uso. Sempre pensando ai bambini sono stati inseriti due lavabi identici, uno dei quali posto direttamente al suolo.
La zona notte, come da richiesta, si compone di una stanza matrimoniale e due stanze per i figli, delle quali la grande playroom potrà essere in futuro divisa in due stanze di egual misura.
La mansarda è divisa in vari ambienti serviti dal disimpegno della scala, il bagno è in comune con la stanza degli ospiti, la mini cucina è stata inserita all’interno dello studio ed ha accesso diretto al terrazzo che affaccia sul lato giardino.
Il giardino è raggiungibile sia dalla scala di ingresso all’abitazione che dal ballatoio laterale che ospitava la vecchia veranda, tutto il salone infatti prende luce ed ha accesso a questa estensione all’aperto della zona giorno.
Nel disegno del giardino vengono conservati i due alberi più grandi, il confine nord è segnato da una grande siepe di alloro, lo spazio è pensato con una serie di elementi dal disegno semplice : la piscina parzialmente incassata nel terreno, la vasca di sabbia, il palco che ingloba il tronco dell’albero, gli orti sul confine ovest per vere una migliore esposizione. Sugli altri lati della casa sono inserite delle siepi di piante aromatiche che nell’arco delle stagioni arricchiranno di profumi e colori le giornate all’aperto.
The "house for 5 people" project includes a new roof design that, like a large cover, also surrounds the east and west walls. The expected material is an insulated aluminum panel that will guarantee an excellent energy performance of the building. The roof has an inclination towards the garden, this fold contains the volume of the new veranda from which you have access to the house.
The new double-height entrance has an internal view from the study on the upper floor.
The distribution is redesigned proposing a single large room for the living area in which all the furniture is re-owned. The staircase that leads to the upper floor is located near the entrance and identifies the wall for the TV area, articulated in a series of custom furnishings that complement the existing suspended bookcase.
The service area is located near the stairway, unchanged, which leads to the tavern; this element is distinguished as a large volume covered in wallpaper, with doors flush with the wall to underline its cleaning. The kitchen is relocated by providing the replacement of the top and the facing to have a brighter environment and to be able to translate the elements of the peninsula in the new position. The furnishings are complemented by an open shelving that covers the three white modules.
The bathroom for the living area and for children is equipped with a bathtub built into a base with two steps to facilitate use. Always thinking about the children were inserted two identical washbasins, one of which placed directly on the ground. The sleeping area, as requested, consists of a double bedroom and two rooms for children, of which the large playroom can be divided into two rooms of equal size in the future. The attic is divided into various rooms served by the disengagement of the staircase, the bathroom is shared with the guest room, the mini kitchen has been placed inside the studio and has direct access to the terrace overlooking the garden side. The garden can be reached both from the entrance staircase to the house and from the side balcony that housed the old veranda, the whole salon in fact takes light and has access to this outdoor area of the living area. In the design of the garden the two largest trees are preserved, the northern boundary is marked by a large laurel hedge, the space is designed with a series of simple design elements: the pool partially embedded in the ground, the sand bath, the stage that incorporates the trunk of the tree, the gardens on the western border for a better exposure. On the other sides of the house are hedges of aromatic plants that will enrich the days outdoors in the course of the seasons with scents and colors.
