According to your requests, I focused on getting high-quality renderings that follows your dwg documents,
with little adjustments in floor plans with furniture layout.
Regarding the floor plans, I made two versions for the ground floor.
In one version the position of the rooms remained the same as in dwg file where I added little kitchenette and dining table for 3 persons.
In second version, I switched the position of the bedroom and the bathroom in order to get more quality space where I could form bigger kitchen and bigger dining table for up to 6 people.
In both versions,there is also a big 6 persons dining table outside the villa, beneath pergola. You can choose which floor plan you prefer more.
On the first floor, disposition remained the same, only in the right side apartment (since it is bigger) I made option with master bedroom.
I also added adittional roof windows for the bedrooms and bathrooms.
In the exterior look, I kept the design simple (according to your referent render example) and the shape of the villa is the same as in dwg file. I choose white silikat facade material, with creamy oak wood for pergolas, and mediterian stone for dividing walls.
Here, I also made two versions with different position of the swimming pool.
In the version 1 I expanded the lot for 5 m in both sides and put the swimming pool more close to the pergola and sitting area to get the direct connection with it and move it a little further from the entrance path.
In the version 2 size of the lot and position of the swimming pool is exactly the same as in dwg file.
Swimming pool is 4mx8m as per your request.
If you want to try some different materials or colors on villa or certain corrections, I am very willing to do it for you, if you decide to go further with my renderings and work.
