Dear client, I hope my work achieves the "Wow effect" you wanted.
I'll explain the details of the project:
1° FOOR
Living area
It contains the living room, dining room, and a kitchen in one open space. The laundry space is under the stairs, in a way that doesn't face the living area.
Main bedroom and bathroom
As you can see, I've changed the layout in this part because I think that this way has a better circulatory pathway. Although the spaces remain in the same area.
2°FLOOR
On this floor is a bedroom with two beds, a room with a single queen-size bed, and both rooms with their own closet. As for the bathroom, it is designed with a WC, bidet, sink, and shower.
I've made the upper windows larger, as you said on the message board. I made that change on these windows because the current size is very little for the area of the rooms. Also, with the bigger windows, the rooms could take advantage of the visuals of the environment.
