Thank you for the opportunity to design your house. I proposed L shape one floor building with simple form which has two zones. Zone one (public zone) is an open layout space to integrate living dining and kitchen, as heart of the house. In this zone, there are sliding glass doors which connected the living room to the back terrace, which is connected to the swimming pool, and also connected to the front terrace. If all the doors open are opened, it will have a continuation from the front to the back terrace. It allows the outdoor ambiance comes into the indoor space. The other zone is the private zone, which concludes master bedrooms and two other bedrooms with each bathroom and walk-in closet. This zone is located in east side as your request, and oriented to the south (swimming pool). I located gym in this zone as your request. All the bedrooms and gym is oriented to the swimming pool. In outdoor space, besides swimming pool, I propose barbeque space with lounge with sofa, and long table for outdoor dine. All the finishing materials are natural materials and natural colors, such as stone, wood, with white, grey, black, and brown color. I also proposed alternative facade with all white color.
