I am very happy to participate in your contest.
Due to the fact that the land has a slope and the land is located on a hill from the side of the piazza scuola street. I placed the entrance of the house from the 'piazza scuola' side and put the main parts of the house including the living room, dining room, swimming pool and barbecue area on the opposite side.
With this, you can enjoy an unobstructed and beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding mountains.
I also put the house in a place where the current trees are preserved
I envisioned an access route from the garden to 'catcazanco' street.
I divided the house into private and public parts.
I considered the height of the public part of the house (reception and living room) more and equipped it with tall windows.
In the private part of the house, I planned three bedrooms with a walk in closet and a private bathroom.
I put the home club in a place where, while being hidden from the public part of the house, you can enjoy the large window with a view of the surroundings.
I considered the pool to be of infinite type.
I planned a dining and living area next to the pool.
From the private part of the house, I planned a door to a swimming pool area, which provides direct access between these two parts, and lighting the corridor of the private part of the house.
I designed the house with a combination of light colors and wood.
