A modern Mediterranean family home that feels calm, welcoming, and closely connected to its coastal setting. The design follows the existing building footprint, with the addition of a garage and roof deck, while carefully respecting the protected landscape zone and required building height.

The architecture has a strong horizontal character inspired by the ocean horizon. Clean, simple lines create a relaxed and grounded appearance, while natural stone accents introduce the warmth and texture associated with Mediterranean homes. Pergolas are placed around the house to provide comfortable shaded areas and extend the living spaces outdoors.

An organically shaped swimming pool blends naturally with the surrounding landscape, creating a softer transition between the house and garden. Solar panels are discreetly incorporated into the garage roof to support the home’s energy needs without distracting from the overall design.
