Description

Greetings Dear Client,
In this project I interpreted that the key design problem to be resolved was limited space both in the bedroom (for a walk-in-closet) as well as in the living area (the eyesore corner). Therefore, my concept in this project is to use strategic orientation of key walls to provide you with a modern bedroom space without any compromise on functionality.

First off, in the bedroom, I choose to design the walk-in-closet in that corner through a process of elimination given that the other three corners of the room have openings (2 doors & 1 window) which I didn't want to interfere with to ensure maximum lighting & ventilation. Thereafter, a problem came up with that placement since it would introduce an eyesore corner same as the one we're getting rid of in the living area. That is where I devised the solution of orienting the entrance facing wall of the closet at 45deg to allow smooth movement. Otherwise the closet is as modern as the references you provided including sliding glass doors that will make the space feel much larger due to the visual continuity.

Finally in the living area, I continued with the same concept of orienting the entrance-facing wall at 45deg to usher people into the living space rather than block them by being an eyesore. As for the plasterboard wardrobes you asked for, I designed it such that it wraps around the wall to create a decorative yet functional wardrobe. The wardrobe can interplay open & closed shelving where you can display achievements, trophies, certificates, etc. This will definitely give the house a wow factor.

I hope my design solves your problem satisfactorily by meeting all your needs. In case of any questions, suggestions or changes in my design, however small, do not hesitate to send me a message especially before the project deadline so that I can implement swiftly.

Kind Regards.
