I increased the prize by around 25%. I uploaded another floor plan and photos of the another area . In orange you find the walls that I decided to break down to create an open spece living room, in green the entrance of the house and in yellow the corner that, little harmonious, should be modified in a creative way to recover a plasterboard overcoat(wardrobe). We are also willing to close the door considering that for access to the sleeping area there is also another entrance from the living room (in blue).

Stile moderno. Cabina armadio funzionale, senza rendere la camera da letto troppo piccola. Non sarebbe l'opzione preferita, ma saremmo disposti a rinunciare alla finestra.
Due comodini, un comó e un angolo per il trucco.

Ho aumentato il premio del 25% circa. Ho caricato planimetria e foto di un'altra area della casa. In arancio trovate le pareti che ho deciso di abbattere per creare un salone open space, in verde l'ingresso della casa e in giallo l'angolo che, poco armonioso, va modificato in maniera creativa per recuperare una cappottiera in cartongesso. Siamo disposti anche a chiudere la porta considerando che per l'accesso alla zona notte c'è anche un altro ingresso dal salone (in blu). Grazie in anticipo e buon lavoro.
