Description

To create an open space, I suggest to move the kitchen into the living room space, dividing them with a folding/sliding glass wall which can be open or closed. Even when this wall is closed, the view of the kitchen and an open space will still be there, since it is made of transparent glass, while the smells and the noise of the kitchen will be avoided for someone who sits in the living room. The room which is now used as a kitchen can be converted into a study room. I also suggest moving the wall which separates the study and the living room inside the study room, only in case you want to open the living room space a bit more. The wall which divides the corridor and the living room will be partly opened. There will be no doors, but two openings on the left and the right of the column. The corridor wall will be closed in the part where the kitchen is now located. The dining table is located now just in front of the sliding glass door between the kitchen and the living room. The atmosphere of the living room is created by earth and calm colours, as well as warm materials like the wood in the floor and the dividing walls and the dark red stone which is used on the wall of the kitchen and the column.
The two bathrooms have now become one. I have located two sinks, a toilet, a bath tub and a place for the clothes with the washing machine close to the bedrooms. Thus, when a visitor comes, he can use the door from the side of the living room, and he will not see the area of washing, which can also be closed with a curtain. There is also a new small WC inside the master bedroom. The bedroom for Davide and Diego has two beds, one over the other, so as to use better the rest of the space. The third room can be used for a guest room, until Amanda needs it.
