Villa Rita

We have worked carefully on this design to meet all your needs and expectations.
We started by moving the kitchen and living room to the east side of the house. We enlarged the area by removing unnecessary walls and changing the location of the bathroom, we were able to create a brighter and more welcoming space that truly feels like the heart of the villa.
We created an open space that allows for better flow and communication between the two areas. However, to maintain some degree of separation without closing off the space, we introduced a movable glass wall that adds a modern and elegant touch.
Regarding the terrace, we created a small gym and a spa with a relaxation area and a staircase leading to the garage. For this, we choose a bioclimatic pergola with transparent motorized curtains to protect the terrace and the staircase from the wind and rain.
We created a semi-integrated swimming pool in continuity with the terrace with glass walls around it. The use of glass walls around the pool adds a modern and transparent touch.
In front of the pool, we introduced a wooden deck specifically designed for sun loungers, creating the perfect spot for relaxation, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the view. This decked area adds warmth and texture.
