The Lake Como amazed with its beauty and reveal amazing possibilities for investments and architecture.
The designed project was created based on investor requirements for single family home placed on very sloped terrain and having limitations from sides.
In the project I took some of the used materials and constructions from the initial data and redefine them by a new way using the new investor’s requirement for two separated volumes with different roofs(sloped and flat).This was some the main reason to create the building divided by a staircase in two volumes (day zone and night zone)using split levels and adjusting them on the terrain and on the same time minimizing the influence of building roof over neighbors’ view.
In the project I used limestone tiles, wooden planks and white render for the overhang of the roof in the exterior making it brighter and more interesting .In the interior I used furniture of mark IKEA and give a price information and dimensions.I presented also different details giving information for the way the building and elements could be combined and connected.I created also multiple images with 3d renderings of exterior ,based on investors requirements and site plan.
