Per la realizzazione del progetto di ristrutturazione della villa si è pensato di creare un design moderno apportando minime modifiche alla struttura della villa ma rinnovando i materiali di facciata. I materiali che verranno utilizzati saranno il legno, lo stucco testurizzato e il vetro. In alcune parti della facciata, la muratura in mattoni rimarrà, ma sarà dipinta di bianco. Le vetrate apribili saranno una parte importante del progetto, dando luce agli interni e creando uno spazio dentro e fuori durante il giorno. L'area sotto il balcone verrà chiusa per creare un ampio garage che possa contenere un'auto e un armadio per riporre attrezzi da lavoro o hobby vari. Verrà allestito un magazzino esterno per lo stoccaggio delle attrezzature da giardino. L'ingresso principale avrà un ingresso che avrà un passaggio al locale tecnico e al garage per poter entrare nell'appartamento senza bagnarsi nei giorni di pioggia, l'ingresso impedirà ai cani di uscire all'apertura della porta principale. La zona giorno sarà ridotta di 50 cm dalla quota 0.00 dando la giusta altezza per una zona residenziale. Il soggiorno sarà un open space con un ampio tavolo da pranzo e cucina con isola. Living avrà un'uscita diretta sul giardino dove successivamente verrà costruita una veranda. ha 3 facciate in vetro che possono essere aperte durante i mesi estivi per creare un patio aperto che comunica direttamente con la piscina. Al piano superiore l'ufficio verrà modificato per creare una sala relax apribile per creare all'occorrenza una veranda che si affaccia sull'ingresso principale della villa. Dall'altro lato verrà realizzato un ampio balcone che avrà accesso dalla zona lounge e dalla camera da letto. Il secondo piano sarà dedicato alla zona notte. Ci saranno ampie camere da letto e armadi.
