Proposed design have open layout design concept for integrating living, dining, and kitchen. Living, dining and kitchen area have wood ceiling with addition wood beam ceiling. I made bigger fireplace (a) in the living room next to the television. I also proposed wood shelves (b) next to the television. In the entrance I made shelves with shoes storage under (c). I changed window in the kitchen to become door to access the terrace (outdoor space). I add pantry in the kitchen to store dry food. I designed outside terrace for seating with wood bench (h) and fireplace table (i) to keep warm in the winter. I add new sliding windows in the front bedroom to get more sea view. I also add outside stairs (j) to access the storage room in the above level so that the spiral stairs inside can be removed and the storage room door access is changed . I proposed design with modern style with warm monochromatic color palette, such as white, cream and wood color which is blend to nature.
