Interior Design Project – Villa MAGI DILIGENTI Converted into a Luxury Hotel

This project involves the comprehensive transformation of a four-story villa into an exclusive luxury hotel, blending elegance, comfort, and a strong connection to its natural surroundings. The architectural and interior design strategy is structured to offer a refined, cohesive experience throughout each level of the building.

First Floor – Welcome and Gastronomy

The main entrance leads into a refined and welcoming hall, guiding guests toward the reception and administrative area, designed for efficient and elegant service. This level also features the hotel’s restaurant, complete with a fully equipped service area. The design language embraces a classic style, with light tones and deep green contrasts that echo the lush vegetation surrounding the villa. Gold accents and soft pastel hues bring warmth and sophistication. White flooring enhances natural light and reinforces a sense of spaciousness.

Second and Third Floors – Guest Rooms and Central Lounge

These levels accommodate a total of eleven guest rooms, including four luxury suites and seven upscale multi-bed rooms. Each floor includes a central lounge space, designed as a tranquil gathering area for guests, offering a moment of calm and relaxation. Materials, fabrics, and finishes maintain the classic aesthetic, using a palette of light colors, natural green accents, and subtle gold and pastel touches. The interior environment flows seamlessly with the outdoor landscape, inviting nature inside.

Fourth Floor – Event and Celebration Space

The top floor is dedicated to a spacious event hall, supported by restrooms and service areas. This venue is designed for gatherings, celebrations, and social events, continuing the hotel’s elegant classical style. Large windows and an open layout strengthen the visual and spatial connection with the outdoors, enhancing the immersive experience of being surrounded by nature.

Design Language and Concept

The concept embraces a modern interpretation of classical design—balancing sophistication, serenity, and harmony with the natural world. The contrast between the pure white flooring, botanical-inspired greens, elegant gold details, and soft pastel tones creates a rich and immersive visual journey. The goal is not only to inhabit a space, but to feel it as a gentle extension of the surrounding environment.
