The project, accepting the suggestions of the images uploaded by the customer, is based on the idea of a house developed under a large sloped roof, characterizing the house’s image. The long and narrow areas shape has led to prefer a longitudinal developing, with a succession of porch-living-sleeping area. The living area consists of the living room, which gives access to ancillary room, with sofas area, dining area and kitchenette. This area of the house is characterized by large wooden roof flap with exposed structure and by large windows that enlarge the space and connect it with the outside. As required, there is a fireplace, double-sided, visible from the outside. The accessory local has a floor ceiling in order to respect the regulations height limits. It allows to have another room to use as attic-storage accessible through a trap door, or if the rules allow it, as a loft open on the living room. The accessory local can also be divided into several areas, in order to obtain a second bathroom or a laundry-utility room. Finally, as required, it has a separate entrance from the outside.
The sleeping area is extending along a corridor which partially is overlooking the back garden through large windows.
There are two bathrooms: one serving the whole house, at the beginning of the corridor, the other one serving exclusivelly the master bedroom. The space occupied by these two baths can alternatively be exploited for deriving a single larger bath, a second bath could be, in case, archieved from accessory space.
The outer coating is formed, for the most part, by stone (the parts excluded are those appear in "niche"). If the budget is not enough it is possible to reduce or eliminate the outer covering. Even the windows can be reduced in height in order to save costs.
The project can be realized with different construction technologies, with traditional brick and concrete structure or in wood.
The furniture are made of modern elements, with clean and elegant lines, that enhance the characteristic features of the house. Regarding brands both cheap that more expensive ones have been taken into account in order to realize a original and harmonious set.
The different areas show the same house project, only orientation and distance from the borders change. The buildings are located with the porch always facing the the south, in order to make the best sun exposure. In this way, during the summer time the projection protects the large windows from the sun and during the winter time, when the sun is lower, it can benefit the most of the few hours of daylight. There is more space at the back, where the overlooking windows are the larger, in order to increase the feeling of privacy.
Il progetto, accogliendo le suggestioni delle immagini caricate dal cliente, nasce dall’idea di una casa che si sviluppa sotto una grande copertura a due falde, che ne caratterizza l’immagine. La forma dei lotti, lunga e stretta, ha portato ha preferire uno sviluppo longitudinale dell’abitazione, con una successione di portico-zona giorno-zona notte. La zona giorno è costituita dal soggiorno, da cui si accede al locale accessorio, con area imbottiti, zona pranzo e angolo cottura con bancone. Tale zona della casa è caratterizzata dalla grande falda della copertura in legno con orditura a vista e dalle grandi vetrate che ampliano lo spazio e lo connettono all’esterno. Come richiesto, è presente un camino, bifacciale, visibile anche dall’esterno. Il locale accessorio presenta un solaio superiore per rispettare i limiti in altezza della normativa, esso consente di avere un altro locale da adibire a sottotetto-ripostiglio accessibile attraverso una botola oppure, se la normativa lo consentisse, a soppalco aperto sul soggiorno. Il locale accessorio inoltre può essere suddiviso in più spazi, in modo da ricavare un altro bagno oppure un ripostiglio-lavanderia. Infine, come richiesto, ha un accesso indipendente dall’esterno.
Per quanto riguarda la zona notte si sviluppa lungo un corridoio che in parte è totalmente affacciato al giardino sul retro tramite ampie vetrate.
Sono presenti due bagni: uno a servizio di tutta la casa all’inizio del corridoio, l’altro a servizio esclusivo della camera matrimoniale. Lo spazio occupato da questi due bagni può essere in alternativa sfruttato per ricavare un unico bagno più grande, un secondo bagno potrebbe essere in tal caso ricavato dallo spazio accessorio.
Il rivestimento esterno è pensato, per la maggior parte, in pietra (sono escluse le parti che appaiono “in nicchia”). Se il budget non fosse sufficiente si può pensare di ridurre o eliminare del tutto il rivestimento esterno. Anche le vetrate possono essere ridotte in altezza per contenere i costi.
Il progetto può essere realizzato con diverse tecnologie costruttive, tradizionalmente con muratura e struttura in c.a. oppure in legno.
Per quanto riguarda gli arredi si è pensato a elementi moderni, dalle linee pulite ed eleganti, in modo che si inserissero nel progetto esaltandone gli elementi caratterizzanti. Per quanto riguarda le marche sono state prese in considerazione sia brand economici che più costosi in modo da realizzare un insieme originale e armonico.
I diversi lotti presentano l’inserimento della medesima casa, cambia solo l’orientamento e la distanza dai confini. Riguardo all’orientamento le abitazioni sono state inserite in modo che il portico fosse sempre rivolto il più possibile verso sud, in modo da sfruttare al meglio l’esposizione solare. In questo modo in estate lo sporto protegge le grandi vetrate dal sole mentre d’inverno, quando il sole è più basso, permette di beneficiare al meglio delle poche ore di luce. E’ stato privilegiato un maggior spazio sul retro, dove si affacciano le vetrate più grandi, per aumentare la sensazione di privacy.
