Description

Dear client,
We are very happy to participate in your contest.
We made our design based on creating open and functional spaces.
We divided the garden into two parts, we designed the entrance and the parking lot with pathways decorated with trees and flower bushes. In the back of the house, we put the pool and the annex, so that while they are protected from the entrance, they can benefit from more sunlight.
In the pool area, we used low shade trees so as not to block the sunlight.
We designed the annex in such a way that while having a direct view and access to the pool, its kitchen and bathroom can be used for the pool area.
Inside the villa, we designed the living room and the kitchen in an open manner.
We slightly changed the window next to the kitchen to be similar to the window in front of it.
We gave an access from the kitchen to the terrace and provided a barbecue and a private dining table on the terrace.
We designed a wardrobe at the entrance of the house and behind it we designed a laundry/storage that has access to the pool area.
We proposed two designs for one of the two bedrooms, one for guest use and the other for the child.
Hope you like our design.
