We designed a house as close to the natural mediteranean living as possible, carefully choosing the orientation for each room.
From the main entrance you can enjoy a beautiful view towards the garden and sea, having kitchen and bathroom nearby. The front porch has a view to one sea where on the other porch you can sit by and enjoy a sunset on an evening with friends. the house has a big coverage above the ground level in order to keep a shielded terrace both from wind and from rain and the open distance is pretty large. On the basement level there is also a large porch for grills and workshop activities, near the parking which is also sheltered without creating another separate coverage that would be in conflict with the main design of the house. On the first floor the remaining part of the house could host terraces or not depending on how you want to use the space but the shape of the house is simple and intersting, making it unique, cozy and full of further possibilities.
