The main priority for designing this project was to use the space wisely. Without even wasting an inch of it.

In the basement as you walk down the stairs. The tavern and the seating area will be on your right. In this area you have a bar and a glass wall door wine cellar.
In the leisure area you have a billiard table and Jacuzzi area to maximize your comfort. There’s a shower and a bathroom also in this are to be used by your guests or you.
The guest bedroom is located here with its bathroom for comfort of your guests or anyone who use it. On the laundry area you have the boiler room that you need and I created both laundry and the storage room for you in this area.

On the ground, you have the entry closet and a bathroom that can be used by both your guests and the person in the second room. My idea for this area was to create a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. So I created the second one in the entrance with shower. As you mentioned we have the option to remove the pillars also. I did the same to open up the space and connect living room and dining and the kitchen and the stairs are designed in a transparent way to be an sculptural piece in center of the house.
In the kitchen you have the needed facilities that you asked for and even more.
On the first floor you have another bedroom with independent study area and a walk in closet. In order to make the room more practical I added the bathroom to the room and demolished the walls that separate the room and the previous small hallway. I also added the terrace that you needed with French doors with plants to make the space cozier.
