WORK DESCRIPTION
Floor -1
In the basement we would like to obtain habitability to create a tavern with a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom.
As soon as you go down the stairs on the right we would like to have a bedroom currently with a fireplace.
On the left instead we would like to have a tavern with a kitchen. In the boiler room create a bathroom.
Create a small boiler room in the laundry room.
Garage remains as it is now.
Floor 0
On the mezzanine floor at the entrance on the right we would like a toilet.
At the entrance on the left, create a small closet, eliminate the bathroom that is now located between the kitchen and lounge and make open kitchen with the lounge. Also enlarge the living room with the first room on the left with half the room and the remaining half room enlarge the second bedroom.
The master bathroom remains where it is now and the room on the right remains as it is.
Floor 1
On the first floor we would like to create a bedroom and the closet to use it for half of the walk-in closet and half of the study.

En el sótano nos gustaría obtener habitabilidad para crear una taberna con cocina, baño y dormitorio.
Tan pronto al bajar las escaleras a la derecha, nos gustaría tener una habitación actualmente con chimenea.
A la izquierda, en cambio, nos gustaría tener una taberna con cocina. En la sala de calderas crear un baño.
Crea una pequeña sala de calderas en el lavadero.
El garaje permanece como está ahora.
Piso 0
En el entrepiso en la entrada a la derecha nos gustaría un baño.
En la entrada a la izquierda, crea un pequeño armario, elimina el baño que ahora se encuentra entre la cocina y el salón y haz la cocina abierta con el salón. También amplía la sala de estar con la primera habitación a la izquierda con la mitad de la habitación y la otra mitad restante amplía la segunda habitación.
El baño principal permanece donde está ahora y la habitación de la derecha permanece como está.

En el primer piso nos gustaría crear un dormitorio y el armario para usarlo para la mitad del vestidor y la mitad del estudio.

Nel piano interrato vorremo ottenere l’abitabilità per creare una taverna con cucina, un bagno e una stanza da letto.
Appena si scende le scale sulla destra vorremo avere una stanza da letto attualmente ce un locale con camino.
Sulla sinistra invece vorremmo avere una taverna con cucina. Nel locale caldaia creare un bagno.
Creare un piccolo locale caldaia nella lavanderia.
Garage rimane com’è ora.
Piano 0
Nel piano rialzato all’entrata a destra vorremmo un bagno di servizio.
All’entrata a sinistra creare un piccolo ripostiglio, eliminare il bagno che ora si trova tra cucina e salone e fare cucina a vista con il salone. Allargare il salone anche con la prima camera a sinistra con metà camera e il restante metà camera allargare la seconda camera da letto.
Il bagno padronale rimane dov’è ora e la stanza a destra rimane com’è.
Piano 1
Al primo piano vorremmo creare una camera da letto e il ripostiglio adibirlo per metà cabina armadio e per metà studio.
