Thank you for this opportunity! It was a pleasure to work on this project. The floor plans of the house are inspired by simplicity. Clean lines, clear walking communication inside the house, a separation between night and day space.

The kitchen, living room, and dining room are organized together as an open space. The technical rooms are grouped in one part of the house on each floor, so that a lot of space is efficiently used for larger and well-lit living spaces and large comfortable rooms. Basement stairs are separated with dors from the living area, it is necessary if the basement does not have thermal insulation, and it creates a clear separation between technical space and living space. The office room is placed near the entrance door on the ground floor, therefore, the business clients can access easily not having to go to private spaces of the house. This room is oriented towards a more peaceful part of the courtyard.

Pool, sitting areas, green spaces, and parking are planed in a courtyard. The pool is separated from the entrance walking path with a green wall, so it creates a private space for family time. The summer kitchen with the oven is closely connected to the dining and kitchen area on the ground floor and the leisure area around the pool, therefore distribution of the food is arranged in a simple way.

I focused on creating a functional, simple, and pleasant space for a family to enjoy. I didn't include the basement plan, nothing was changed there.
