The project is designed according to the client's wishes. It consists of hall, kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, garage, laundry and storages. If we take a look on the plan we understand that it is divided into 3 parts, it is also differed by heights: 1-garage, storage, waste storage, laundry and extra toilet room; 2-open hall with kitchen and living room; 3-three separate bedrooms which are connected by corridor; the corridor has long windows and the bedrooms typical size windows because of the privaty.
The building has one main entrance for people; one for garage; one door for the waste utilities; and 3 other entrances are inside (it means from the yard). There is also provided a leisure space outside with barbeque and pool.
The location: on the North side there are those rooms which don't need the Sun, thus the other rooms located in such positions that they are sunny.
Materials: The main offered material for the facade is a brick, and for corridor is a plaster (to underline the other volume). But it is also possible to choose a plaster for the main volume as well, but the main aspect that it should differ with the corridor.
