Considering your wishes, we have designed a modern house for you.
The house settles in with minimal interference with the land slope.
All rooms of the house open to the view to the south and offer terraces for the view.
The ground floor consists of two parts. One side is the living area open to everyone and has a panoramic view of the view. The other side is the privacy area where the bedrooms are located. In the section where the bedrooms are located, it follows the view, but as the advantage of the layout of the house, its privacy is high.
-one. There is a guest area on the ground floor. This area is designed to be within the general circulation of the house but can be independent according to usage. These areas also dominate the landscape and are open to garden use.
-2nd. There is a garage and general warehouse on the ground floor.
We set up the transportation between floors with stairs and elevators. This staircase and elevator form the very center of the house.
Although the house is perceived as discrete masses when viewed from the outside, the plan solution is a complete whole. This is our main idea that we try to implement in design.
While designing the house, the interior was considered. Thanks to the house design, it is possible to design a modern and useful interior.
