The solution I propose is based primarily on the desire to offer you a beautiful living area, well-lit and enjoying the balcony and the view of the square.
Second, I faced technical constraints by placing the sanitary and kitchen sink next to the only existing evacuation and sanitary equipments of your apartment.
In my design the living area is separated from the night area.

-Living area: It's a spacious space on the desired view.
Your living room includes a sofa-bed and a dining table for 6 people.
The kitchen is wide 5.30m with a double sink, a dishwasher, a plate, a vertical oven & microwave, a fridge and a cupboard.
A modern island separates the open kitchen from the rest of the living area and defines the kitchen area.
From the living room you will have access to the desired balcony.

-Entrance: As soon as you enter, a bookshelves welcomes the visitor and an entry closet with a wooden panel separate the children's night area from the entrance.

-Bathroom 01: includes double vanity, a toilet, a bidet, a bathtub and a vertical washer&dryer machine.

-Master bedroom with closet and private bathroom. The parent's bathroom includes double vanity, a toilet and a shower with window.
-Girl's bedroom with closet. The master bedroom and the girl's bedroom have access to the lef balcony.
-The boys's bedroom is large enough to accomodate two beds, a desk for 2 and 2 closets.
