Following limits and guidelines imposed, I have created a different space from the current state.
The space is divided in half, the sleeping area on one side and the living area on the other, suggesting a longitudinal division..
I have followed the line indicated by the customer to create a welcoming space in a modern style suitable for a family of 5; the kitchen, living room and lunch area, located in the right area of the apartment to take advantage of the balcony overlooking the square, are a large open space of 38 mq divided and filtered by a lightweight fitted wall in the center; the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is a small suite while the children's rooms are served by the shared bathroom, thanks to the tailoring of the plant I got a small laundry for the washer and dryer.
Using the 3.20 m height of the apartment I placed the air-conditioning system in the area hidden from the countertop.

Seguendo limiti e linee guida imposte, ho creato uno spazio diverso dallo stato attuale.
Lo spazio è diviso a metà, da un lato la zona notte e dall’altro la zona giorno, che suggeriscono una divisione longitudinale.
Ho seguito la linea indicata dal cliente per creare uno spazio accogliente in stile moderno adatto per una famiglia di 5 persone; la cucina, il salone e la zona pranzo, posizionati nella zona destra dell’appartamento per pote sfruttare il balcone che si affaccia sulla piazza, sono un grande open space di 38 mq divisi e filtrati da una leggera parete attrezzata posta al centro; la zona notte è composta da 3 camere, la camera padronale con bagno personale è una piccola suite mentre le camere dei ragazzi sono serviti dal bagno in comune, grazie al taglio sartoriale della pianta ho ricavato una piccola lavanderia per la lavatrice e l’asciugatrice.
Sfruttando i 3.20 m di altezza dell’appartamento ho posizionato l’impianto di climatizzazione a zona nascosto dal controsoffitto.
