I’ve just bought a house from the builder. it has already been done with walls and hydraulic installations. We would rather not change the bathrooms. the hydraulic installations of the kitchen are on the right side of the house, we would prefer not to modify them and place them there (technical requirements). The walls can instead modify them as you wish.
Needs:
– hide the kitchen from the entrance and if possible from the living area (without reducing the brightness – neither the kitchen nor the entrance, nor dark walls)
– master bedroom (room 2) minimalist style (ie without wardrobes), can you put a walk-in closet in the room? does it make sense to create an opening towards room 3 and create there a walk-in closet (at least for part of room 3)? (for now there are enough 2 bedrooms)
– laundry area in the room with WC 1?
– create bookshelves also in room 2
– electric part modifiable as we want
