this apartment has cca 95sqm inner space but is from my point of view rarely unfunctional...
-long and narrow room4
-there are 6 doors close to each other on surrounding 3 walls
-cca. 25sqm for kitchen+living+dining which is nearly 1/4 of total inner area of apartment....hudge disproportion....and room 2 had 15 sqm area...
from my point of view I am giving you best solution (for living area) and the rest of the apartment.
