There are 2 suggested options for this appartment.

First option option is more possible one, with a big living room, spacious bedroom and bathroom that you can aproach from the entrance hall. Kitchen is tiny, but enough for this type of appartment use ( air bnb ). Some walls are partially ( in a very small amount) torn down to make the space more open. Flooring should be light parquet and white tiles, walls should be white and if possible some of the walls can stay with exposed brick. I purposed some minamalist and stilish pieces of furniture, mainly in white, light wood and pastel colors.

Second option is with the exit to a courtyard if it turns out to be possible. Therefore, living area ( living room and the kitchen ) is now on the right side from the entrance where the courtyard is, and bedroom is in the room with a high window facing street, with a bathroom ( hopefully there is posibility for pipes). There is still a toilet in the entrance hall area. I didn’t make a furniture suggestions for this option.
