I decided to made for you 2 different versions, while the bedroom remain the same in both versions. I do like both of them, and personally I would not know what to choose as my final choice.
Maybe version B? It has additional storage space, at entrance, in front of the bathroom, and open-space design, which could be very attractive.
On the other hand, version A is much more family look, and less youthful.
Please, keep in mind that kitchen could be placed along the facade wall, and you can connect the kitchen sink with main water installation in bathroom. They do not have to be connected by whole wall, only one point is enough, just to make connection.
