I have prepared two different layouts for you. In plan 1, I divided the living room into two bedrooms with beds, wardrobes and desks according to your wishes. And the current bedroom became the living room and the rest of the spaces remained untouched.
In the second plan, I demolished the kitchen and the toilet next to it and got an open space that became the living room and dining area. I made part of the current living room a bedroom and part a small kitchen for students. You may have trouble with this plan, but in return you have two very open, spacious and large bedrooms for students, a large living room and a kitchen suitable for students.
