Ciao caro cliente, come stai? Vorrei iniziare ringraziandovi per l'opportunità di partecipare a questo progetto. È stata una sfida eccellente, tenendo sempre conto delle vostre richieste e necessità. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!
Appena entrati nella residenza, è possibile trovare un armadio, che è stato mantenuto in modo da non perdere spazio di archiviazione in ogni}.
Superato questo primo ambiente, si accede al soggiorno, che si è aggiudicato un progetto molto originale e ricco di personalità, oltre ad essere super confortevole e invitante.
I colori e il design dei mobili di questo ambiente lo rendono una grande opera d'arte. Oltre ad essere super spazioso, anche l'integrazione ha contribuito a rendere questo luogo più ampio.
Il divano è in due moduli, cioè è molto ben utilizzato e con spazio per ricevere un gruppo numeroso di familiari e amici.
Uscendo dal soggiorno, vediamo l'incredibile sala da pranzo, che ha avuto un'attenzione particolare!
Questo ambiente, oltre a essere assolutamente sofisticato, è molto moderno e invitante. Anche se nel design ha uno stile più classico, il colore ha modernizzato completamente l'ambiente, rendendolo uno dei punti di forza di questo progetto.
Guardando di lato, vediamo una bella e grande porta blu che dà accesso alla cucina, anch'essa progettata nello stesso stile della sala da pranzo.
In cucina sono stati utilizzati colori e toni più neutri, ma i punti di colore sono nei dettagli. La cucina è dotata di un ampio spazio di archiviazione, sia negli armadi a muro che sotto il piano d'appoggio dell'isola.
In cucina c'è una porta che dà accesso alla lavanderia, che è stata mantenuta nello stesso posto, perché è facilmente accessibile e molto riservata.
La porta di fronte alla sala da pranzo, anch'essa dipinta di blu, dà accesso alla zona intima dell'abitazione e quindi alla camera da letto matrimoniale, destinata ad accogliere due bambini.
Questa stanza è stata sottoposta a una piccola ristrutturazione in modo che i mobili potessero adattarsi comodamente ai due bambini.
La residenza dispone di due bagni, come richiesto dal cliente: un bagno di fronte alla camera dei bambini, completo di doccia e bidet, che serve anche gli ospiti. E un bagno integrato nella suite matrimoniale.
Passando alla suite matrimoniale, si può notare che questo ambiente ha subito una nuova progettazione, con l'obiettivo di inserire tutti gli arredi necessari per rendere questo ambiente il più confortevole possibile, e quindi il bagno ha dovuto subire delle modifiche ed essere spostato all'interno.
Come detto, il bagno è stato spostato all'interno della suite, in modo da aprire lo spazio per riformare il balcone della casa, rendendo l'abitazione ancora più piacevole da vivere.
Come ho detto all'inizio, è stata una sfida fantastica progettare questa casa, potete essere certi che ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per servirvi al meglio. Hello dear client, how are you? I would like to start by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project. It was an excellent challenge, always taking into account your requests and needs. I was very happy with the final result and I hope you like it too!
As soon as you enter the residence, you can find a closet, which has been maintained so as not to lose storage space in each}.
After passing this first room, you enter the living room, which has been awarded a very original design and full of personality, as well as being super comfortable and inviting.
The colors and furniture design of this room make it a great work of art. In addition to being super spacious, the integration also contributed to this place.
The sofa is in two modules, meaning it is very well used and with room to receive a large group of family and friends.
Leaving the living room, we see the incredible dining room, which has been given special attention!
This room, besides being absolutely sophisticated, is very modern and inviting. Although in design it has a more classic style, the color has completely modernized the room, making it one of the highlights of this project.
Looking to the side, we see a beautiful and large blue door that gives access to the kitchen, which is also designed in the same style as the dining room.
More neutral colors and tones were used in the kitchen, but the points of color are in the details. The kitchen has ample storage space, both in the built-in cabinets and under the island countertop.
There is a door in the kitchen to the laundry room, which was kept in the same place because it is easily accessible and very private.
The door in front of the dining room, also painted blue, gives access to the intimate area of the house and then to the master bedroom, which is intended to accommodate two children.
This room underwent a minor renovation so that the furniture could fit the two children comfortably.
The residence has two bathrooms, as requested by the client: a bathroom in front of the children's room, complete with shower and bidet, which also serves guests. And a bathroom built into the master bedroom suite.
Turning to the master bedroom suite, it can be seen that this room has undergone a redesign, with the aim of including all the necessary furnishings to make this room as comfortable as possible, and so the bathroom had to undergo changes and be moved inside.
As mentioned, the bathroom was moved inside the suite, so as to open up the space to reform the balcony of the house, making the home even more pleasant to live in.
As I said at the beginning, it was a fantastic challenge to design this house, you can be sure that every detail was thought out to serve you best.
