I have proposed 2 option for comparison.
The key modification are:
1. Free the balcony for future open this area.
2. Create a large master bedroom with walk in closet, and ensuite bathroom.
3. Kid's bedroom with bunk bed.
4. Relocate the living room, dining room. Kitchen and dining room are put close to each other.
5. Adding a working and relaxing (reading) area into living room.
