El proyecto propone un espacio moderno y sofisticado, el área social del departamento está subdividida por elementos arquitectónicos en el piso, techo y un tabique. El aprovechamiento de la pared frente a las ventanas con un gran mueble a medida para los libros en color blanco, conformado por módulos de diferentes medidas. A su frente se dispone un espacio para la colocación futura de un piano o de un chaise lounge BARCELONA en cuero negro, se acentúa el espacio en el techo con un cielo raso con iluminación indirecta. Al espacio actual de la cocina se reacomoda la disposición del mobiliario, retirando en muro bajo y el mueble bajo de cocina, estos módulos se adaptan con la pared. La pared de fondo se aprovecha con muebles sobre la encimera de cocina y un armario para la lavandería y utensilios de limpieza. La mesa de comedor es de un diseño adaptable con cualquier modelo de silla y ambiente, mientras que las sillas que han sido propuestas para el comedor son de líneas sencillas, las patas de la silla están hechas de haya maciza con la concha de la silla se ofrece en cuero o plástico. No es una silla normal, además de ser funcional y con un montón de valor estético, sino que también viene con bases fuertes y es extremadamente durable. Por lo tanto se puede decir que este proyecto tiene un gusto por las formas minimalistas y rincones frescos, combinados con la simplicidad y los colores que tanto realzan y complementan cada habitación.
