The lot has presented a series of special features which make it difficult its optimal utilization and overall the framework for certain executables volumes.
Given the complexity of relations with the neighbors you can opt for a solution that maximizes the cubic feasible or for a solution to keep to a minimum the points of conflict with neighboring and tends to improve the apartments made, especially for the quality of the views.
The project presented chooses the path that allows maximum use of the views to massing made, allowing you to take advantage of the sunshine and overlooking the vast space in front, created by the relevant parking zone the modern building, with which the lot borders, and that is the only open space to which the new building can actually contact.

The first solution allows the development of eight apartments the highest one of the duplex type, the second allows the realization of 6 apartments always with that at the highest floor of duplex type
In both cases, the level of car park has been removed from access to the building, also from the point of view of fire-fighting system.
