The furniture is from maison du monde/ the upper floor is for the single offices and bosses because they will most likely have guests for deals. The basement is for workers to enjoy and work while resting if needed. Mostly the walls are left the same, the toilets are left the same, or turned into storage/ server rooms.
A simple system. On the upper floor the left side is for bussines and work, while the right is work rest and the reception. On the lower floor on the left is the recreation room, middle is open office, and right is rest again with toilets.
Some furniture is custom made, other is maison du monde.
