Hello dear Clients,
I present to you my project for renovating your house.
The project does not have demolition to the existing structure and walls just in the living room in the daughter’s apartment. The partition walls are from plasterboard . Both apartments have separate entrances.
MOTHER’S APARTMENT
The kitchen is unchanged also the closet to the kitchen, the living room with the furniture,your large dining table,your furniture - a sofa, two armchairs and a large cabinet by the terrace.There is the new wall that sseparates the bedroom and the bathroom from living room. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom and can be used by guests. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet and sink. The bedroom has a large bed, wardrobe, a fireplace built-in wardrobe and book shelves,also I placed a sofa in fron of the fireplace.
DAUGHTER’S APARTMENT
Your apartment is the bigger one. There is a coridor,studio wih bed,bathroom,bedroom with walk in wardrobe for 2 ,living room with kitchen and dining area and a terrace .
CORRIDOR - there is big wardrobe and smaller one in front of the bathroom.From the corridor enters all rooms.
STUDIO - there is two desks for PC,shelves for books and a bed for guests.Unchanged walls.
BATHROM - the walls are unchanged.I made a big shower place two big sinks and there is a toilet and a bidet.
BEDROOM - I made walk in wardrobe for 2 people from plasterboard.In bedroom there is a big bed,desk ,TV stand and a small wardrobe or book shelves - you decide it.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN - I demolish the wall betwin the kitchen and living room so the space now is bigger.There is a big sofa,dining table for 6 people or more if you want,and a kithen area with refrigerator,sink and oven.You can goout from living room on the terrace.

Ciao cari clienti,
    Vi presento il mio progetto per rinnovare la vostra casa.
Il progetto non prevede la demolizione della struttura e delle pareti esistenti solo nel soggiorno nell'appartamento della figlia. Le pareti divisorie sono in cartongesso. Entrambi gli appartamenti hanno ingressi separati.
APPARTAMENTO MADRE
La cucina è invariata anche l'armadio della cucina, il soggiorno con i mobili, il tuo grande tavolo da pranzo, i tuoi mobili - un divano, due poltrone e un grande armadio vicino alla terrazza. C'è il nuovo muro che separa la camera da letto e il bagno dal soggiorno. Il bagno è separato dalla camera da letto e può essere utilizzato dagli ospiti. Il bagno ha una doccia, WC e bidet e lavandino. La camera da letto ha un grande letto, un armadio, un armadio a muro e mensole per libri, inoltre ho posizionato un divano davanti al camino.
APPARTAMENTO DELLA FIGLIA
Il tuo appartamento è il più grande. C'è un coridor, studio con letto, bagno, camera da letto con cabina armadio per 2, soggiorno con cucina e zona pranzo e una terrazza.
CORRIDOIO - c'è un grande armadio e uno più piccolo di fronte al bagno. Dal corridoio si accede a tutte le stanze.

BAGNO - le pareti sono invariate. Ho fatto una grande doccia, posto due grandi lavandini e c'è un bagno e un bidet.
CAMERA DA LETTO - Ho fatto cabina armadio per 2 persone in cartongesso. In camera da letto c'è un grande letto, una scrivania, un mobile TV e un piccolo armadio o scaffali per libri - lo decidi tu.
SOGGIORNO E CUCINA - Demolisco il muro tra la cucina e il soggiorno, quindi lo spazio ora è più grande. C'è un grande divano, un tavolo da pranzo per 6 o più persone se vuoi, e una zona cucina con frigorifero, lavandino e forno. Puoi uscire dal soggiorno sulla terrazza.
             Spero che troverai l'opzione perfetta per la tua casa funzionale nel progetto.
